Working gaps and operating settings affect the result, but they cannot remove the material’s constraints. Reliable input data comes first; configuration and model selection come later.

Why a rated figure is not a promise

Throughput is affected by more than one machine. Feed consistency, top size, moisture, clay, screen recirculation, wear condition, and maintenance stops all change the result over a shift.

Questions before the calculation

What I took away
